The reason games come out on PC is because the Xbox versions are unfinished. The wait is so that the models, textures, and effects can all be upgraded for the PC version.
Are you kidding me..The xbox 720 will use the Radeon HD 6870 (I think) and it will make it 10 times more powerful than the xbox right now! A well built PC will be can be up to 15 times more powerful than the console. You probably play ur PC games on a 2.2 ghz cpu. I don't see the point of this video. PC is by definition better than any console could ever be because it's hardware is upgradable. This is a fact, no debate needed. Second, there is no coparison to be made as some games suit better a PC while others are meant to be played on console. The ONLY thing that changes the gameplay is keyboard/mouse and gamepad. Who's saying consoles are bad? I have a 360 and PS3, I just find the PC community less dickish (honestly, have you ever been in a CoD lobby and not been called a faggot for no reason at some point?), and honestly better. Community made maps, weapons, character skins, as well as a plethora of free DLC and really quality games makes me edge towards PC gaming. It is superior, but thats not to say I don't enjoy getting my mates round to play Fifa or Madden, because thats not true.

Lets see you modify your console's hardaware to run a game as good as a gaming PC and still play online with it. How about being able to play your console games without your game CD. Check the price of PC games vs. console games. Like you said, online multi-player on the PC is FREE for "most" games other than "WoW" etc. I'm sure most will agree that FREE is better. I'd much rather buy a game once, and get FREE multi-player. PC gaming is much more open for custom settings. That's just my opinion.

ALso mods are more then just what you just said. There are some Doom 3 mods that are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GENRES, I have seen an RTS mod for Doom 3. Class based death match games originated from A PC MOD, it was a mod for Quake called.......... TEAM FORTRESS!!

This PC vs Console discussion is pointless. Each does something better than the other. PC's are great for gaming, but PC's are not intended to be gaming platforms. Consoles are built for gaming, but their usability usually ends with the few simple tasks they are programmed for. A PC, on the other hand, can do infinitesimally more.
Which you like better is personal preference. I personally prefer consoles because I know that a game I put in will work, and I can lounge about while playing it.

i played pc games in the late 90s. got my first console in 2001(PS2) and have since owned and xbox, 360 and a ps3(i am a gaming nerd). now BF3 has got me in it's clutches and as awesome as it is on console, i want the full blown PC version. ps3 hosts 24 players in multiplayer and has reduced maps. pc host 64 players and has full sized maps. brilliant.
plus i want to get back into modded games and i actually mean modded. look up 'Quake' and 'Quake Rally'. rally made by two guys wile in college.

There's so many quality games that you can't get on consoles. Also, i recently played Battlefield on an xbox after playing it on my pc and it was unplayable due to the shoddy graphics and clunky gamepad control. I've used cheap $5 mice before and I had no problem gaming. It all comes down to skill versus the other player(s). And I have a 2006 processor and I can play BF3, and Skyrim on ultra. thanks for trying though
Hey, that depends on your processor. Dual core is for MW2 or Battlefield Bad Company 2. quad core is the stuff because its 4 Processors. Just download only games and programs. Try to avoid cracks and torrents and ALWAYS have anti-virus, and you're good. Don't use computers that people just randomly download stuff on. Try to avoid 3RD part programs too.
intel core 2 quad 2.66. 8gb ram. nvidia gtx260. and as for the cost, a computer like mine was ordered part by part from the net. i spent a rough sum of 5,000rand about 500euro. but that was 3 years ago. since then i have not changed a single thing on my pc. it still sporting all the original stuff since i built it. and its able to run battlefield 3 on high settings with no lag and fraps on, you have to admit that pc graphics are better than gaming consoles. so whats better? pc ftw.

both computers and consoles have exclusive tittles, but there are similar games to all the ones that you listed which can be played on pc, consoles however have no MMOs, and really no good RTSs. and yes the xbox controller is substantially worse than pc for FPSs along with many other games. Microsoft tried to merge windows live with xbox live a while back but then decided against it because even the moderate pc gamers would demoilsh the top xbox players.

Ok two things...... so pc might have to wait a little longer....that's not a problem. If the game is good, who cares if you're a little behind? As for Mouse/ Keyboard vs gamepad....there is no comparison.....it's all what you get used to. For me I prefer keyboard/mouse... especially for fps. (Quicker/ more accurate for me) ....but I do have a 360 controller for windows that I use as well. (mostly for racing games). Consoles are great...don't get me wrong.....but they will never replace a pc.

Your argument is retarded, especially the part about cost. Whats the cost difference between a Wii and a PS3? bout $150 or so on the low end models? Look at the difference in graphics and power... you get what you pay for. Higher resolutions, better AA, etc,

Lets see you modify your console's hardaware to run a game as good as a gaming PC and still play online with it. How about being able to play your console games without your game CD. Check the price of PC games vs. console games. Like you said, online multi-player on the PC is FREE for "most" games other than "WoW" etc. I'm sure most will agree that FREE is better. I'd much rather buy a game once, and get FREE multi-player. PC gaming is much more open for custom settings. That's just my opinion.

This PC vs Console discussion is pointless. Each does something better than the other. PC's are great for gaming, but PC's are not intended to be gaming platforms. Consoles are built for gaming, but their usability usually ends with the few simple tasks they are programmed for. A PC, on the other hand, can do infinitesimally more.
Which you like better is personal preference. I personally prefer consoles because I know that a game I put in will work, and I can lounge about while playing it.

i played pc games in the late 90s. got my first console in 2001(PS2) and have since owned and xbox, 360 and a ps3(i am a gaming nerd). now BF3 has got me in it's clutches and as awesome as it is on console, i want the full blown PC version. ps3 hosts 24 players in multiplayer and has reduced maps. pc host 64 players and has full sized maps. brilliant.
plus i want to get back into modded games and i actually mean modded. look up 'Quake' and 'Quake Rally'. rally made by two guys wile in college.

Hey, that depends on your processor. Dual core is for MW2 or Battlefield Bad Company 2. quad core is the stuff because its 4 Processors. Just download only games and programs. Try to avoid cracks and torrents and ALWAYS have anti-virus, and you're good. Don't use computers that people just randomly download stuff on. Try to avoid 3RD part programs too.

both computers and consoles have exclusive tittles, but there are similar games to all the ones that you listed which can be played on pc, consoles however have no MMOs, and really no good RTSs. and yes the xbox controller is substantially worse than pc for FPSs along with many other games. Microsoft tried to merge windows live with xbox live a while back but then decided against it because even the moderate pc gamers would demoilsh the top xbox players.

I'm not a PC fanboy but i do know from experience that games look better on my custom build pc and they get dlc and updates released overall faster than the xbox360 because microsoft charge game companies 30k to release patches/updates for the 360 (i know ps3/360 get exclusives but i am talking about all cross platform games in general) make some companies be deterred from releasing an update asap. Ok two things...... so pc might have to wait a little longer....that's not a problem. If the game is good, who cares if you're a little behind? As for Mouse/ Keyboard vs gamepad....there is no comparison.....it's all what you get used to. For me I prefer keyboard/mouse... especially for fps. (Quicker/ more accurate for me) ....but I do have a 360 controller for windows that I use as well. (mostly for racing games). Consoles are great...don't get me wrong.....but they will never replace a pc.
