You can but it seems you are limited. in certain things like the time We have been testing this out and yet to find a final conclusion to everything you can do but so far we have played games with kill streaks off, and radar on. Will try to post a list when we try everything out.

When the host change is completed just invite the other players back to that game before it fills up

we were trying to find a way of getting XP from these but you don't level up from the game like the COD4 glitch
