Dummy. You cut the bottom because then you put the pumpkin over the candle and you don't burn yourself. #noob

@kintseb but then you can't lift it up and move it and i lit mine without burning myself. That's why I needed a bigger hole ;-)

I really want to carve out a pumpkin but I just cannot stand the smell at all... Ugh.... But I don't know maybe I will try this year... :)
