  • It's moments like this that are so profound. I live in Vancouver and naturally I'm a Canuck fan, not a Dallas fan. Having said that, I have so much respect for Mike Modano. He put his heart out there on the ice night after night, dedicated himself to making the Stars a successful team, it's a long time spent with one organization. This is a great moment for anything..

  • I couldn't have say this any better that about the long time world class athlete like Mike Modano. Ever since he came to this franchise he an leader of his own will and forever. He knows how to lead his hockey club to big wins when it matters the most. Mike has played his heart out in the game of hockey with dignity and respect and his teammates from the years he played in Minnesota and Dallas loved him. That's why he is the Stanley Cup champion and will be in the Hall of Fame. We'll miss you!!

  • Damn, I hope he goes another year... Sakic then Modano, lost/losing two of the most premiere hockey players that have ever played the game.

  • OMG!!! This is killing me! I don't want Mo to retire!!! Hockey just won't be the same without him!!!

  • i cried when he started crying :D

SAY IT AINT SO MO :D

  • It's the greatest moment any athlete can only dream of. Cheers!
