ive played the overdose demo and i actually really enjoyed both levels that where included! the weapons are really cool i think! and the enemys are pretty cool too

painkiller gold is the whole original painkiller with battle out of hell and a bunch of extras.(original painkiller is much better than this by far)

Well there are 6 NEW ones, I think you can use the other ones from the original before too (I dont know cause I dont have overdose).
