  • Man, how do you tune your toms to make them sound so damn resonant? The only answer I've ever gotten was to tune the bottom higher than the top..... lol.

  • @HolyDeth Or you can add some reverb in the mix.

I'm starting to look into drum beats and fills that sound something similar to the fill at 0:16 I would be really thankful if anyone could help me out by sending a link to lesson or anything really! I have tried to look for it but I don't know what it is called so i couldn't find anything! Thanks// Kim

  • Why are your wrists leading the stroke. Doesn't the bead move first? unless you are a using the moeller technique. But when you are playing your bead moves first, but not in the example. just pointing that out.

  • This video demonstrates a lot of good patterns. I highly suggest people check out Aaron Edgar's video on ghost notes. He has a quintuplet exercise that really helped me with ghost notes.
