CALLING ALL DRUMMERS.... As you can probably tell from my acount name, im Jack - And im a drummer! Im a small youtuber who mainly does cover stuff, and it would mean the world if some of you (No matter what level of experience) could check out some of my videos and give me some constructive feedback? :)
Man, how do you tune your toms to make them sound so damn resonant? The only answer I've ever gotten was to tune the bottom higher than the top..... lol.
so i notice on your page on the paiste site that you are using a different kit in your pic with 3 rack toms and one floor, will we be seeing that kit soon as well as you new cymbals??
Hey guys! I'm starting to look into drum beats and fills that sound something similar to the fill at 0:16 I would be really thankful if anyone could help me out by sending a link to lesson or anything really! I have tried to look for it but I don't know what it is called so i couldn't find anything! Thanks// Kim
Why are your wrists leading the stroke. Doesn't the bead move first? unless you are a using the moeller technique. But when you are playing your bead moves first, but not in the example. just pointing that out.
This video demonstrates a lot of good patterns. I highly suggest people check out Aaron Edgar's video on ghost notes. He has a quintuplet exercise that really helped me with ghost notes.
