Doesn't look like females to me---looks like ancient Macedonian male soldiers. To look like girls they need blue jeans (pants) and BRAS. Skirts cannot be a sex difference because they are no difference of anatomy---waist and legs. Men don't need pants to "be men," ask any modern Greek soldier or Fijian policeman.
