no government is thief. if u call them thief, so u think Lao in Laos must like Thief then. sir, any government has its own way of running things or country. some may achiev more than others do, but it's not fair though to judge their pemformance in short period. Lao government start from the scratch, due to the short of resource and labour to be where we are. i think they do not too bad. U shouldnt compare Laos to US. And on top of that, u abandon Laos when it needs help and support

While I agree the most of your post, I would like to enlighten you about a few facts...first, please stop confusing the thieves with Lao PDR Government...but what MrPloverwi say is that the thugs (for example Van Pao) who brought so much misery to the hard pressed populace were thieves educate people is to get all right minded people get together and work on making sure that all people get the right way of thinkings everywhere inside or outside Laos. ..
