While it's well known, moderate pot use is not addictive, I think this ad can be used to show the effects of prescription drugs which many teens abuse (hell I did). I think it could be said that the kid in this ad has formed a habit to drugs like oxy or codeine and his friends have started to notice that his habit is getting out of control. The whole message is don't be afraid to talk about the elephant in the room (or troll leg thingy)

They really get to me.
A lot of people think theyre stupid, but i get them because thats basically my life.
