Very ethereal and ambient. I've never thought about Mario that way. Sonic did a good job transitioning to a more "mainstream ambient style", reminiscent of Tim Burton as someone pointed out, but I wonder if Mario could succeed in doing it? I wouldn't doubt this video inspiring Nintendo. I, too, have never thought about Mario in a ambient, eerie, yet cool universe. I give it a 5/5 due to the vision behind the video. Definitely unique.

Well, the music was really nice and the story told fit with it, with the dark imaginary. However, I didn't like how simplistic the animation was. The art itself is good, but it seemed that BloodyArtist didn't want to animate anything, especially near the end. It could simply be that he ran out of time thought. The dark set-up is a nice juxapose to the usually light and cheery Mario franchise.  Well, that's all I have to say.
