i got to say i love this compact bmw over the m3

look at the numbers, the m3 is not 40k faster than the 135i.

and i have seen a lease return for only 27k. y go for the m3

It is a demo car of 135i which full loaded with the new BMW Performance Parts which you can order from your BMW dealer (without voiding the new car warranty). Mainly just the cosmetic mod except a strut bar and exhaust. Wheel is 18" 269M wheel.

Well the story goes that the 1 series was going to have an ///M version but there was a debate at Bavarian Motor Works. They wanted the car to appeal to the younger generation with the sporty appearance and performance. However, they also wanted to appeal the people who "need to have a BMW, but just can't afford one." Thus, the 135i was build. I don't believe the ///M badge comes on the car, however. They didn't name it that because there already was an M1. 1970's. Also there's the M1 concept.

Mine is M-badged as well. Especially when you buy the "M-Sport" package and it has M-badging inside, it does make sense. BMW badged other cars that weren't "true M-cars" historically as well. Plus I have the Dinan Stage 2 that makes it a little extra-special to the tune of 384HP and 421lb-ft of torque, so the "M" just lets people know it has a little more kick than stock :) Plus intake and exhaust, so add a couple more numbers to those figures. Awesome video, by the way.
