  • strong bro science

  • Stupid. skip here & skip there. is this video about helping us or talking about skip?

  • @NexMuscle

Well it's both, I'm talking about Skip's Bodybuilding Nutrition Program. It's an awesome program that I highly recommend. I've used it myself and got a lot of value from it and that's why I'm recommending it here.

  • i am what i eat? so that makes me a pussy

  • Hey Lee... is this a General Nutrition Program for everyone or does it change from person to person?? Btw loved all your posts.. Thanks a lot.. God Bless.

  • @Defusedben

This is a "Bodybuilding Nutrition Program". So if you are interested in building muscle and losing bodyfat then this is a good program to follow.

  • Wait lee if skip is natural how come I google him and i ssee a journal that he wrote and he documents all the gear he used for a contest also I heard skip say being natural ment not.taking aanything illegal phs still can be taken!

  • @pavy415

I'm not sure what you consider "gear", but supplements (i.e. protein, creatine, vitamins, etc.) are all considered natural. When someone says they are natural it doesn't mean they don't use supplements, it means they don't use illegal steroids and other drugs.

  • Hey, where is trish i havent seen her in a while?

  • @Adeyemi777

Thanks for asking... I'll be sure to feature her again in some future videos :-)

  • You know "17thwonder", I wouldn't begrudge anyone their desire to use steroids if they want to, but badgering this man for promoting steroid free nutrition shows your lack of good judgement. Not everyone can take steroids, for medical reasons, for instance, people with liver problems who are trying to get healthy by lifting weights. So perhaps you could do some research on steroid use and make your own videos. :)

  • lee I, ready to see some new recipe videos, do you have any coming?

  • 1:30 to 1:40 hit me right in the heart

  • so your saying if i eat body building meals ill be ripped liked the pics

  • @FarFromAlegend

I can't promise anything. But I will say this, virtually all bodybuilders who are ripped and in top shape focus on eating quality nutrition.

  • Great job man. Very well done!

  • haha i binge drink most weekends and my body is still in good shape :) i work out 6 days a wk and eat well though

  • Why have you decided not to take steroids?

  • @30sleepy10

Several reasons, one is I'm interested in bodybuilding for overall health and fitness and steroids just don't fit with that goal. Second is the legal issues, in case you don't know steroids are illegal in North America and from a legal point of view they are in the same category as using cocaine, heroine, etc. And I don't want to risk getting in trouble with the law.

  • @leemhayward good man Lee, I have a lot of respect for you bodybuilding naturally.

  • @30sleepy10

    cos steroid's for pus-yos

  • this is a nice gesture and all but we as viewers want to see free stuff, no body is really trying to buy someone's nutritional eating strategies or whatever you want to call it.

  • @17thwonder

Well that's your opinion and if you don't want to invest in getting advanced coaching & programs that's fine. But A LOT of people do. In fact, I get contacted by people every single day who want to hire me to help them with their nutrition program & I offer that service right on my website. With Skip's Simple Bodybuilding Nutrition program you are getting a similar service but it's a much cheaper alternative compared to hiring me personally to design a customized nutrition plan.

  • 100% truth!

  • pizza is delicious though!! D: i just eat it like once or twice a month though

  • There seems to be a lot of talk over whether or not Skip is really natural... Well he actually contacted me today about this very thing, after all he's seen this video and read all your comments as well. I'm going to post Skip's reply to the steroid accusations on my blog tonight... LeeHayward*com

  • hmm this skip guy looks awfully big and ripped on stage to be natural. If he is than he may have the best genetics ever and its almost a shame hes not on the juice as he prob would have been the most successful bodybuilder ever

  • Lee I have something to say.

Skip only needs to wait a few months to pass the detection time of a compound.

Heck, i can take dbol, and 2 months later get tested and pass. I respect the sport of bbing and i will never judge a juicer and i'll trust their advice just as much as the next person, because the truth is, steroids ARE pro bodybuilding.

In fact, gonna hit up some sust 250 soon ;) First time hopping on.

  • @leemhayward how do the jersey shore guys get smashed everynight, and there ripped as hell, hahaha

  • @TylerH2055

It's the magic of TV LOL

  • 7 people are fucking clueless if they think this video isn't helpful

  • o come on lee we gotta socialise with beer :) to be a man you must drink beer :)

  • @Vdjperks

I agree, but there's a big difference between having a social beer or two and getting "Sh!t Faced Drunk" :-)

  • @Vdjperks I'm Irish, we drink so much its impossible to have a social life and not do it, but i gotta agree lately i've been buying bottles in the pub and i'll just sip them, no ones keeping track of how many you drink, so u get to have the craic without wrecking your fitness by having one or two over the entire night

  • I never eat fast-food or any sort of junk food. I eat only what I make in the kitchen from fresh products, be it soups( borscht) or I different kinds of stews (potatoes/vegetable or both). I usually only fry something twice every two weeks, but bake all of my other meals

I eat healthy. But my main concern, do I HAVE to eat 5-6 times a day? It may sound silly, but it's such a bother for me that I have to remember to eat every 3 hours.

  • @Suren0

Don't be overwhelmed by the whole 5-6 meals per day thing, it's not like you have to sit down to the table and eat a formal meal every 3 hours. Often times bodybuilders will eat their standard 3 meals per day and make up the rest with protein shakes, etc.

  • thumbs up for getting drunk

  • i appreciate your honesty mister hayward.in all you videos. but this skippie guy has used anabloic steroids to reach his goals. wich wasnt mentioned. im not saying its a bad thing. im just keeping things fair and into perpective.

  • @churde

I can only go by the fact that he's won drug tested competitions. I've never actually seen Skip "pee in the bottle" to know for sure if he's natural or not. But either way this guy still knows his stuff, especially when it comes to dieting, and I've learned a ton from following his programs. That's why I recommend his Simple Bodybuilding Nutrition Program.

  • @leemhayward drug free doesnt mean alot without a lie detector they can just come off the steroids long enough for it to be out there system..

  • Skip's height is 70 inches. The best naturals from the last 60 years at that height weight around 193.4, competition weight - give or take a pound. Few of these naturals exceeds this weight by much more then a pound or two. And if they do, it's by a hair.

Skip states his competition weight is 225-232 lbs. That puts him nearly 40 pounds heavier then maxed out naturals. That put's him pound for pound heavier then Arnold.

    Skip is not natural.

  • @leemhayward

For sure, get the best information where you can, I think anyone would agree with that. I just dislike people riding the natural train when it's obvious they are not.

  • 1st omgomgomg lee rocks !

  • @OmgItsRap fail first

  • lee, thanks for inspiring a short guy like me (5'3) to be able to lift with the big boys
