yes the plane designer was awesome. It was one of the best and reasonable feature to get into touch "simulating flight"! you can learn what each part of a plane is responsible. the quintessential part of a program called "simulator". I wish they would return this feature. I would instantly buy the software!

@BuddhaMaster84 The first flightsim I got was Flightsim 5, so I'm not sure exactly what the Plane Designer involved, but FYI X-Plane lets you model your own aircraft. You can create the shape, specify the engines etc and it'll work out how it'd fly with real physics. Takes a bit of work but it's pretty impressive.

The main program was only one disk. There were also some additional disks with extensions.

About the value: I have no idea: is it an original disk? Is it only the disk or do you also have manual / box / ...

I this version too, years ago, in fact i started with v.2.0 in the old 80286/386 days.

What people need to remember is that FS would not, nor would other modern progranms be what they are today if it were not for the early developments.
