Techno (and I'm using the word to encompass the entire electronic dance scene) is a style of music that is in constant development. Psy-Trance / Goa became fairly stagnant, that is to say the style did not evolve and so it has sort of dropped off the radar. I still love this music, and i wish it was still played in clubs and 'raves' but alas..

Actually, LSD was first synthesized as a medicine to treat chest and congestion problems. It was found to be psychoactive 5 years after it was first produced.
