be careful where you put your hands and naked feet in a hotel room.....you never know what infections you can get from there! I'd never walk barefoot on a hotel carpet,not even in the bathroom,or the shower tub!Always wear your slippers,so your feet can stay healthy. Fongus is a real bitch!

Like in fighting your muscles work all the time but in the workout they relax a lot so when you fight your muscles tire out real fast. Plus you gotta know how to fight lol no matter what size you are if you can't fight you probably wont beat your opponent.
@blazeuchia i was also fat when i was young i was 150 and 5'5 at the start of highschool then i got into the track team and from their i lost a lot of weight so i suggest joining school teams and get out their and run bro i am 6'1 and 170 and 0% fat

dude, does bodyweight workouts make you shorter? im 13 going on 14 and i dont want to stunt my growth. been doing the workouts for almost a year now and gained about about 10 pounds
either eat a lot or get on creatine. if you choose creatine dont go with the powder. go to a nutrition shop-not gnc-and get kre-alkalyn. nutrishop is probably the best place to get it if you have one around. its a lot more expensive than the powder but you get better results and it doesnt mess up your liver like creatine monohydrate.

hardcore work out is supposed to limit your growth. but 14, 15 is not a bad age to be working out, i believe.
