  • be careful where you put your hands and naked feet in a hotel room.....you never know what infections you can get from there! I'd never walk barefoot on a hotel carpet,not even in the bathroom,or the shower tub!Always wear your slippers,so your feet can stay healthy. Fongus is a real bitch!

  • I have nothing against you but I fought plenty of people your size and beat them. I mean if you are that big your muscles might not be ready for like fighting. Like in fighting your muscles work all the time but in the workout they relax a lot so when you fight your muscles tire out real fast. Plus you gotta know how to fight lol no matter what size you are if you can't fight you probably wont beat your opponent.

  • dude, does bodyweight workouts make you shorter? im 13 going on 14 and i dont want to stunt my growth. been doing the workouts for almost a year now and gained about about 10 pounds

    hardcore work out is supposed to limit your growth. but 14, 15 is not a bad age to be working out, i believe.

    But just look at all the pro gymnasts. They're all hella short cuz they had to train at a young age.

  • @siaosiaochin No it isnt, you can get a great body with a vegetarian diet. Beef helps but alot of animal protiens and you end up with heart problems.

  • either eat a lot or get on creatine. if you choose creatine dont go with the powder. go to a nutrition shop-not gnc-and get kre-alkalyn. nutrishop is probably the best place to get it if you have one around. its a lot more expensive than the powder but you get better results and it doesnt mess up your liver like creatine monohydrate.
