Jet Airways is a terrible airline. They cost me and my wife an extra $1400.00 on our last trip to India. We waited 2 hours for a Jet Airways rep to help us but finally had to pay the chagne fees or else miss our flight back to the U.S. Jet Airways customer service alter admitted to us that they could have saved us money had they sent someone to talk with us. Avoid this arinline at all costs.

Such pessimist few ppl are, who are talking againts Raj. e.g. mkghuy" First of all, Jet airways ppl went to Raj to get help. Cant u c, he first listened what are the issues, what exactly the situation is and then he reacted on that. I salute Mr. Raj Thackeray, I wish We had an MNS organisation in Goa, I was not given an extended contract for my term at The Taj Holiday Village in Goa. North Indians deserved what they got, Jet Airways Management deserved a strict warning from the MNS.
