I think he just Recycles all the Broken Robot parts from his old Robots and just turns them into new machines to appear in the next game.

There is no way someone could just that quickly find new resources to rebuild an Entire Robot Army And/Or Fleet that Quickly.

Notice if you have ever watched Sonic X, that one Episode were He managed to Turn a Small group of Broken Washing machines into Deadly killer Eggman controlled Robots.

@DeaddudeRS Actually Sonic Battle kinda put some light onto this topic. Eggman does indeed recycle his robot parts into basic drones he sells as security robots. He also employs the age old tactic of robbing jewelry stores.

Now this here is exactly why Vector is my favorite. Back when I was a kid, seeing him at 0:41 made me think HOLY SHIT, THIS GUY'S A BADASS! I still think that today. And then fucking 4kids made a complete joke out of the Chaotix...

At least they're still awesome outside the games and Sonic X, and in this game back. They'll always be my favorites, and no matter how much they ruin Vector, nothing'll change the badass that he was, and in some ways still is.

I don't care what anyone says, I like the Chaotix, and I want to see them in future games!

It really annoys me that so many fans throw so much hatred on these characters, and yet Sega give Sonic a Flying Chihuahua for a sidekick and no one bats an eyelid!

I'd rather see characters that we're familiar with getting fleshed out more, than seeing Sonic Teaming up with some new character who only appears in that one game!

Heh heh. One of my favourite cutscenes.

The detail on Vector's face at the very beginning of the scene (That might be just me though),

the passive emotion in his voice as he breaks down the door, the way Robotnik just nods at Chaotix when they see him, and the fact that Vector knew all along.

This is definitely one of my favourite Heroes cutscenes. :)
