Two things...

1 People are weird about food... love to hate it, hate to love it, love to love it, but we all have appetites (darn it!) and your food looks great. (wish you could add smell to the vids!)

2 Think about toning down the music! It kind of pounds on the ears when its the eyes we want engaged.

hi,, did you know that lemon or lime reduces the fishy odour of fish when cooking?? It also elminates odours in chicken and meat when cooking with them.^^

When I go camping and fishing I have lime/ lemon available for: the hands, for the cooking and the Cerveceria :)
