It's more like, "You've got to be kidding me." There is no real way to swear in Japanese besides making the level of speech rougher. Zekaneda. There is a lot of indirect speech in Japanese that doesn't translate well.

to me it sounded like he said "f**k you" in mild engrish but my japanese is just beginner to low-mid beginner so i may not have caught it right xD

Definitely rough male speech, Zekanda or Zekenda. It's a kind of register in Japanese used by males usually looking for a fight. Some people attempt to make Japanese speech less indirect by inserting swear words, but it never quite balances with the translation of the words. For example, Sugoi, becomes in male speech "Suge" "Kawaii" becomes "Kawai",etc. A few rounds of Gokusen (drama) should teach you this Japanese.
