i mod crysis and when you mod you get a $#^# load of lag and i mean alot but im running a gtx 275 ddr3 quad core but i mod the crap outt of the game!!!!! My lowest fps i got was 7-9 the highest 75-90

ps3 and xbox are incapable of playing crysis 1, they aren't even upgradeable to play crysis 1, so crysis 2 is either going to be toned down graphics etc wise, or there console version is yeah going to be drastically different. I know if i get a better comp (i can play crysis 1 now but...) i'm definately sticking to pc .

Beautiful video ... I am Italian, my 'Crysis' is not so .... You can not do certain things like cross the ice dome and I noticed that the settings are different to you ... Or are the new thing offer the Directx 10?

Actually the trailers i used to make this video are very old.This isn't the actual Crysis that was released.These videos are from the early versions of Crysis.Some of the scenes that you see in this video were never used in the game.

No.You can play the game on XP,but try to upgrade your computer.And you should check other videos to see how the game really looks(this video is really old xD)

actualy it runs better on XP than vista due to the excessive visualisations ov vista causing various ram and CPU leaks. where XP only requires 256m of ram to keep itself online VISTA requires around 700m of ram just to idle.

I read that too on the forums (Incrysis) Guess we'll just have to wait 4 Yerli to make an official statement (If this is true)In Wiki, Crytek is now seeking copywrite to 4 additonal titles. According to what I've learned Crysis (PC) is part of a trilogy. So why the extra title? PS3 version? Or perhaps they don't believe they can copywrite one of the names? I'm REALLY hoping he keeps THE Crysis PC exclusive.(Yeah I'm a PC fanboy... But it's really fustrating when you spend 2000+ on a new comp)

Hell yeah!Crysis is one of the few games that are PC exclusive(for now).This is one of the few reasons to have a gaming PC today,when the consoles are domitating.The consoles have a lot of exclusive games,that the PC gamers will probably never see,so this game kinda balance the things.

The only difference is that the PS3 can handle blu-ray. Not sure about processing power, but I think PS3 has more potential.

The PS3 is the better console for Crysis.Just check videos for the new CryEngine 3.There is a comparison between the Xbox 360 and the PS3 version and the PS3 version definitely looks better.

Crysis is the king of the graphics( 2007game), but consoles cant even handle cryengine2, so cryengine3 - is same cryengine2 with dumbed down graphics for sure...

Well i think that DX10 cards can support DX11,but they'll be slower than DX11 videocards.DX11 will be available when Windows 7 comes out in 22 october.The first DX11 videocards should be released at november i think.
