What Year? I remember seeing this on Hollywood Blvd. Cool flick. There were more Blacks in the audience then Mex. The story was that good.

Back when no self respecting Cholo woud ever shave their head! The Hair Net industry is at an all time low, now that most Cholos shave their heads! Those small chain steering wheels were awesome because you could drive with handcuffs! Those were the days, '67 Impala with Purple Sparkly Colored paint! If you had a van, a huge mural with half naked chic wearing viking horns!

I bought my copy of this movie on DVD 2 years ago and I remember seeing the Posters of this movie at a Theater in the Mission District back in 1979 during my first year in High School here in San Francisco....5 Thumbs Up, this a Great Movie to watch.
