Also she is not weak , she is more than capable of defeating an opponent on her own if she was only given MORE screentime . She is making up for what she lacked in shippuden in games . @DarkArtsPrincess15 she also has the same abilities as sakura, just not as amplified...while this may not be 100% fact, Ino does have super strength, she just primarily uses it with kicks...you can kinda tell by her first special in Accel 2, in addition to this upcoming game Ultimate NInja 2 she uses chakra control to increase the power of her kick in her Ougi. While it may be awful you can still he that she has the same abliities as sakura, in addition to her own =)

@peppita1234 ino does not have the same abilities really. they do both know healing jutsu. the chakra enhanced strength is an application of medical ninjutsu that requires extremely good chakra control. ino knows medical ninjutsu, so she could learn it, but as of yet she does not have the increase in strength that sakura and tsunade have. if she did learn it, she would have actually done something during the hidan and kakuzu fight.

@peppita1234 just because she has enhanced strength doesn't mean she needs to fight, her duty as a medical and spy ninja is to stay behind and heal if needed..besides they only show signs of her using enhanced strength in video games, so either way it doesnt really matter.

@Mr17Rocker All of the Naruto games have to try desperately to make Sakura and Ino worthwhile. It's normal for something this fantastic to be given to someone with such a low reputation. Her personality I guess is more likable than Sakura... mainly as despite Sakura developing and being an official Akatsuki killer with help or not... her lashing out at Naruto, insecurity and such...

It was the reason why there wasn't a smile from ear to ear in the last episode which was perfect...

Why do the game creators make fake jutsu for the characters? I thought that Ino was just a medic-nin type...not a medic and fighting type. Kishimoto should make some REAL jutsus for Ino that can be shown in the actual show and manga....like the cool kickbutt moves of Sakura and Hinata. that would be cool.

Since Ino isn't exactly a strong fighting type, she cannot support herself if she fights alone, so the game creators made her all these cool moves so that she can also be a fighter in the game (only). Kinda also like what they did to Sakura during the non-Shippuden games, but in the Shippuden games, she now has her own jutsu...like the punching thing....
