Every step is smooth and looks slow despite the fact that he is probably pushing off with more speed and power than most people could ever hope to manage.

To clear up what JJLVids was saying Parkour and Free Running are basically as different as Racing Bikes and BMX. So you're still using the same medium, just one has tricks and the other is getting to the end as fast as possible. In other words they're not THAT different. Racing Bikes and BMX still both come under the category of 'Riding a Bike' so yea I don't know why people are bitching about it.

@damamba1000 Free running is doing tricks. Parkour is trying to get from one place to another as quickly as possible. If you see someone doing a flip, it's almost always free running.
