Right Brake was the one unstowed. I beleive I countered the opening with a harness turn that I though caused the line twists. I then realized after trying to kick out that a brake had fired. And hard deck was coming. Pulled handle at 2,000 feet. No more time to fight it.
That was some WICKED-looking line twist!

My Velocity 120 look like that every 50 jumps or so. So far, however, no cutaways. Knock on wood!

I've seen more cutaways on Xaos27's than any other canopy. I know guys who sold their Xaos to buy a Velo for the better openings.

Which brake was unstowed?? Looks like it started to go right then went left 3 to 4 turns.
