Not that easy to change...and hard to breath in, but worth it with a fan and anti fog spray!

my first gogles were JT Spectras, hard as hell to get the lenses out. Bout time they changed to a good fast product. However I wear the Vforce Profilers which give much better field of vision and super fast to get out. Just lost out JT sorry.

Yes, the bottom skirt "grill" is very felxible.  Its similar to the proflex series, but a little firmer.
