Marijuana will never be federally legal due to the ease of cultivating your own. The government must be able to control and tax marijuana for it to be legal. Alcohol is the perfect example.

It's Kafka-esque. I feel like I just watched footage from the Salem witch trials. That poor woman. It's heartbreaking to see how distraught Ms Smith was, going into that courtroom full of self-righteous thugs. And those bullies showed not even a modicum of remorse. Their arrogance is just disgusting. How can we pass along our heartfelt sympathy to this victim of the state? Thanks for this sad, but important report.

There ought to be a way to appeal with a counter-suit against the state for violating rights provided by our Constitution. Is that just a naive notion? The other thing to note is that the New Hampshire jury didn't get it because they themselves are blinded by reefer madness lies.
Do this "court" actually think they're helping anyone or think they have ANY appearance of legitimacy? The beatings will continue thanks to your out of control "justice" system. Sickening, evil.
