  • and so i sit here....eating my special K....

  • eep! anything less than well done makes me think that someone's gonna get sick from the meat. i know it's alright but it still makes me on edge!

  • @theloyalbadger well done steaks and sort are ruined pieces of meat.... try to teach yourself to eat "not well done" slowly. start with slightly pink-ish perhaps? once you'll get there you will never look back

  • @pankinyek thank you for replying but i'm a vegetarian xD i wont be eating any ruined pieces of steak any time soon, so rest assured!

  • @theloyalbadger ..vegetarian? you broke my heart... :'(

  • @pankinyek haha, sorry! it was thoughtful of you to respond though!

  • Pretty lady in the kitchen.... Ben has styled hair.... Are these two things related? =P

  • should not put the meat on the cutting board all the juices ran out and were wasted. Better to keep it on a plate.

  • I love these videos but that´s nothing like a Greek salad ( I'm a native ). :P A Greek salad consists of tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, black or green olives, salt & pepper, olive and balsamic vinegar, feta cheese and if you're feeling artsy, you can add some croutons as well. And that's about it.

  • that is a lovely salad... but i am from greece and we dont put beans i our salads ! you forgot to add olive oil and some bread ! i love your videos go on! kisses from greece

  • i love Mediterranean cooking so much, love that you're making recipes for it.

  • I like this dish. I need some creative ideas for my restaurant in Miami. I think I will start with maybe doing a frenched chop with your bean salad. Now I am thinking perhaps serving your bean salad hot though perhaps with a few tomatoes. Have you experimented? Are tomatoes going to ruin it at all?

  • @Skleinchef The salad should be slightly warm in my eyes, hence why we heat the beans up in the pan with the oil and lemon juice. And there are a few tomatoes in it already... just the flesh as I remove the seeds and juice to stop it becoming too sloppy. Obviously saving them for another dish in your restaurant ;)

  • @sortedfood HAHA! I saw, I meant halved cherry tomatoes but obviously left that part out. I am looking forward to a special in the upcoming weeks! Thank you!

  • Is the beans butter beans?

  • @mussaxoxo yep! Or use cannelloni beans.

  • @sortedfood Uuuh... Thats sounds delicious too..¨

Mmm.. Have to try this. Thanks :D

  • This is making my hungry must stop watching!!!

    * drools a little*

  • the lamb is all good.i just wanted to get in the screen and taste it, but as far as the greek salad is concerned that's no greek salad. iam greek and i can say that the recipe is much more plain and simple. just tomatoes, peppers, onions, olives and feta. fresh organic olive oil right from the countryside as dressing and cappers..you won't believe how fresh that one tastes without the mint!the juices from the tomatoes would be more that enough for that tasty lamb.other than that nice idea

  • so this girl doesnt know how to cut in half and that boy doesnt know how to use a can opener... wow... just, wow...

  • Does the girl go to portsmouth uni? I swear ive seen her on CCI Live..

  • @BeccaSomething She did yeah... good spot. She just popped in as a guest appearance.

  • @sortedfood Ha awesome! One more thing I would like to ask... Could I do this with beef instead? Im not a big fan of lamb.

  • did any one else see john mess up opening the can the first time?

    he looks so confused

  • Yum ! am gonna try this recipe , delicious .

  • how many degrees is the oven?

  • This makes me really hungry...

  • Wow really fast!

  • Wow! I'm half Greek, and my family LOVES Greek food. I'm thinking of trying to make this for my mom. :) I'm only 15, though, but I have some experience cooking, and it looks simple enough to make, either alone or with a companion :D

  • @XxXSlayerzXxX You're right... simple enough. And so many fresh tasty flavours. Your family will love it! :D

  • I love lamb - That looked so good!

  • wow i made this it was delicious and a great hit with my family i was wondering if you could maybe make a video on how to make spaghetti basil ragu :)

  • @bornnraised1 Because steaks (beef, lamb, tuna, etc) should be like that. The texture and the flavors are best if the middle is left rare. Otherwise it's like eating the sole of your shoes.

  • jesus christ why do people always put different type of shit in greek salid its just cucumber tomato onion and fetta chees! ;P

  • agghhrr

i am getting hungry now :(

  • god I love lamb... *dribbles*

  • Just wondering - does the lamb continue to cook after you take it out. Seemed like it was more well done in the end than when you cut it.

  • @shutUp198911 Resting the meat doesn't continue to cook it, but it does allow the temperature of the meat to equalise out and stops the juices running too much when you cut it.

  • Loving the look of this one, it's a must!!

Crumpet is back! Wrey eye candy! "Vertically or horizontally?" Hhmm, I'd f it sideways.

  • lamb is under cooked in the middle me thinks.

  • Ah, you guys amuse me! :') Loving all the recipes by the way (: I've yet to try making something you have shown yet though :(

  • One lamb and greek salad please. Hold the greek salad. Extra lamb please. Thanks. :P

  • That looks so good

  • Woah the quality sucks :( I'll come back in an hour!

  • @7ViTRox The quality is good..... .....

  • @energyDie Not when i browsed :) Its ok-ish now thanks :D

  • @energyDie it goes to hd :P
