Iraq had a long ethic factions tensions since the days of the British empire. The U.S. is to blame for letting the three factions into secutarian violence in 2003 but the ethic tensions which had been there, the U.S. is not the blame for this.

We should have not invaded Iraq, the USAF had patrolled the no-fly zone over north and south Iraq in keeping Hussein in check since 1991 ceasefire and it worked well. It's cheaper than having to spend billions getting bogged down in Iraq from 2003-2011.

This now comes down to personal responsibility. Iraq is responsible for its own internal affairs, and how they are responded to. Other countries have invested more than enough in Iraq's security. I for one, am more than content to stand by and see how Iraq responds to this and other issues. If they arent going to man up for the security within their own country, others should not either.
