This is actually pretty bad for you. When you hold your breath oxygen stays in your lungs, while a buildup of carbon dioxide makes you want to breath. It's the CO2 that makes you want to breath NOT the lack of oxygen. When you take repeated breaths of helium like that, you push the oxygen out, and only suck in more helium. The lightheaded feeling you get is from your body actually suffocating.
