What did you see in the National Media in mid November about preventing child abuse? If you speak to any law official or teacher of a state institution in PA they will tell you the procedure is to NOT follow up. Law officials don't want citizens doing there own investigations. All you are supposed to do is report it to your supervisor or whoever is in charge at the institution and make yourself available to speak or interview with investigators if you are asked.
