FYI the announcers replayed Lebron and wade on a fastbreak leaving from the same place (opponents free throw line) and timed who went cross court faster... Wade was 0.20 mili seconds faster. Keep in mind Lebron has longer legs so not only is wade faster than him physically but naturally also.
That doesn't mean much I doubt they use their full energy on just on break if they actually ran like against each other it would...But yea if they were just .2 seconds away they're pretty even

@heation2 but stats arent everything when it comes to defense. yes, dwade has more steals and blocks but can he contest shots like lebron james, who has a longer wingspam, more athletic, and just as quick as dwade.
shane battier is one of the most elite defenders in the league and this year he only averages .8 steals and 1 block per game. so stats arent everything..

Lebron is a freak of nature and one of the best in the game right now but hes also more of a 4 than a 3 when dwyane plays the 2... ofcorse hes gonna be taller and stronger it comes with the territory if u know what i mean(the paint)

@JustinFoSho no stats are not everything in the nba. Paul Pierce is avg 18 points per game right now and so is Oj mayo. Everyone obviously knows Paul pierce is by far the better player. Stats are not everything in the nba.. if they had a stat for contested shots then stats would be everything but its not counted. you said it yourself Lebron is bigger/faster/athletic then wade. using that he can contest shots much better then D wade. and Lebron is a 3 not a 4.

FYI the announcers replayed Lebron and wade on a fastbreak leaving from the same place (opponents free throw line) and timed who went cross court faster... Wade was 0.20 mili seconds faster. Keep in mind Lebron has longer legs so not only is wade faster than him physically but naturally also.
