  • I think the most dangerous thing in a kitchen would be a hungry grizzly bear during the fish and chips lunch special. Especially if he finds a freshly sharpened knife.

  • I'd suggest his first tip for sharpening the knife instead the little circles. The problem isn't the knife not getting sharp it's the stone becoming uneven. Ideally, you want to have even wear across the stone from front to back so his first method fully and evenly uses the entire surface of the stone.

  • @jowosto for the grit it just depends on how fine of an edge u want a 500 grit will get it sharp a 6000 grit will get it scary sharp
