No, there's no "proof" that we evolved from lower lifeforms. Scientifically speaking, there's hardly anything out there that "proves" anything. Probably the best simple piece of evidence for human evolution is the genetic similarity between chimpanzees and humans. It's around 99%. You don't have to agree but I find that very convincing.

@THADI0US Well there are hundreds, and even thousands of peices of evidence which point to evolution being correct, and no evidence that is against it. Evidence does not mean certainty but the likelihood of all that evidence being coincidence is small.
Much like the number of years since the earth was created. Individually (and using no prior information) you can get the same prediction using chemistry (isotope dating), physics (astro), and biology (environmental). Still not proven, but likely.

Let's take fish for example. You got fish, they moved to more shallow waters, became amphibious, turned into reptiles and mamals. Those reptiles turned into birds and some of those mamals returned to the sea. That's why doplhins and whales are mamals and not fish. Because they have lungs...

That isn't evolution, that's adaption. Prolonged adaption can cause the permanent change of a species, but not always. Adaption =/= evolution, you might want to take a Biology class to help you understand the differences between the two.

No, there's no "proof" that we evolved from lower lifeforms. Scientifically speaking, there's hardly anything out there that "proves" anything. Probably the best simple piece of evidence for human evolution is the genetic similarity between chimpanzees and humans. It's around 99%. You don't have to agree but I find that very convincing.
