As to whether or not Kermit likes her, it all depends on character direction, because although it does look like Kermit doesn't like Piggy for her aggressiveness, Jim himself--and now, Steve--said that Kermit does like Piggy, despite her take-charge attitude.

That look Fozzie gives her at 5:10 - 5:25 shows how much he wanted to kick her ass. I always loved it when they got mean like that and his face is what always reminds me of this episode.

I never really liked Piggy. Too bossy, too bitchy, too obsessed with a frog who doesn't like her at all. Wow she's deluded. She should have been the dog instead of Rowlf, it would make her more accurate.
