i remember standing here to take a break. i ALSO remember that stupid store right next door who purposely put those metal "spikes" on their railings so no one could sit on them. it didn't matter though because we would just sit on the steps outside like chris hu is doing. ctf also reminds me of playland arcade at times square. ahh good times
