Hey, Malefti, this awesome monster boogie track was produced by Hubert Eaves III, the music maker behind James D Train William. He is a veteran Producer and session multi-instrumentalist, he was also formely in the original Mtume line up. The original of this track is very rare on the Salsoul label, a must for all collectors!!
Flippin eck! 2 words!! Thank You! This has to be one of my favourite boogie cuts of all time!! It has everything, brilliant production, that funky bassline, a great song sung so soulfully with brilliant backing vocals too & a rhythm track that directs even the shyest of dancers to the dancefloor!! Can't get enough. Thanks for posting this 12" version too!
Eighties funk yes and good music and rythm and words that meant something back then.

Great tune, i remember it back in da day. It sounds like the same production as for D-Train, is it, anyone?

Yeah the drums and bongo intro is hypnotic, wish that alone was much longer, brilliant track nonetheless..
