I didn't know that, I was just going on my interpretation of the meaning. That's interesting. But I do believe firmly that enlightenment is not dependant on any knowledge of Hinduism at all (I say this because of my own observations as a child and I knew nothing of Hinduism) This knowledge is within us all whatever our culture. But thanks for telling me that!

People usually think totally 'inside the box' and that's completely ego perspective or conceptual thinking, that way we miss 90% of truth out there attaching ourselfs to superficial(material, or our thought concepts),what people usually do not understand is that truth is not infront our eyes its within( and that goes for anything u can imagine inside our known universe)

Great video thank you for the upload. What Swamiji is speaking about is so very true and so very sad, that the majority of mankind is possessed by fear and greed. In all honesty, and this is just my limiting belief, it is hard to not be possessed by fear and greed at some level, in the world that we live in. Thank you Swamiji, for providing us with a simple daily exercise, that will help us break free from fear and greed. Bliss be with us all.
