  • Idea for the 50th aniversary : the 3 doctors but with 9,10,11

  • @15hoodie

That would be sweet, but Christopher Eccleston said he would not return to the role of 9th Doctor again in an interview. To quote what he said, he would "never wash in the same river again."

  • shouldn't it have been "pop me up here" considering it was the 2nd Doctor's future?

  • Love how he asks Jo if its hers!!

  • Glorious, wonderful. The subtle interplay between PT and JP is gorgeous, Can't wait for this to come out on Rev3.

  • I love it whenever the Doctor interacts with himself (even between 10 and the Next Doctor, even though he wasn't a Time Lord, and to some extent, 10 and Donna since she was part Time Lord). "You don't mind, do you?" "Yes." "I didn't think you would."

  • ohhhhh deeeaaar

  • They're wearing bow-ties. Bow-ties are cool.

  • Not as confused as Sergeant Benton... Very slow, old chap.

  • BRING BACK JO!!!!!

  • Ah Troughton, you awesome awesome man you xD

  • I don't think the Time Lords wiped his memory when they forced him to regenerate. Doesn't the Doctor get a little muddled when that happens? The fifth Doctor called Adric "Jamie" after he regenerated.

  • 38 onwards Dr Camp more like it LOL.

  • Anyone ever notice that the 2nd Doctor seems a bit...gay?

  • @jamesknight626 cosmic pixie.

  • I see you've done the place up a bit. I don't like it.

    XD

  • I loved how the bickering like an old married couple between the Doctor's 2nd and 3rd incarnations was carried over into "The Five Doctors" aswell, lol.

  • @CMDRKillsalot i know and i got the five doctors on dvd

  • @grey790 As do I. ;)

  • Channel 31 in my area was SUPPOSED to show this classic episode, but, instead, they showed "The Joys of Korean Peasant Life". They weren't just advertizing it, they were SHOWING it. I turned the set off -and I don't recall ever watching channel 31 again. It has long since gone off and been twice replaced.

My folks, alive and well back then, were watching "Are you being served?" and I went in to watrch -and was immediately hooked !

  • why can't the 3rd Doctor remember why he arrived in 2nd incarnation? Anyway, great scene.

  • @MrCybershade I think the Time-Lord's wiped the memory so "timey Wimey" stuff wouldn't go all wibbly wobbly.

  • @jediewok16 They certainly would have had time to do this during wiping his knowledge of the Tardis controls from his mind between "War Games" and "Spearhead from Space".

  • @MrCybershade Because it was happening in that moment. You can't remember something that's happening in the moment until the moment has passed. Now the odd thing is, he'd have his own memories...twice!

  • @kamwrites Well, when 5 met 10, 10 remembered how 5 explained how 10 worked out how to get the TARDIS out of itself.

  • @dangerouslytalented Yes, and you notice that the moment came on him, and the memory, exactly as it intended to. We can't remember everything all the time, we'd lose our sense of perception, and I'd suspect that would be even more true of a Time Lord. As fans like to say lately, wibbly wobbly, timey wimey. ;)

  • 3rd doctor has a bowtie.

    Bowties are cool.

  • @jediewok16 2nd Doctor also has a bow tie. He's the hipster of his own regenerations, wearing a bowtie before it was "cool".

  • @KingLofiOne Awesomesauce.

  • OH MY GIDDY AUNT

  • why has it flipped? that makes it awful

  • Nice to see how the "I don't like it" has been used again.

  • OH MY WORD

  • @CipherPolaris OH DEYAH

  • I just love the fact that the 2nd Doctor and the 3rd Doctor just bicker endlessly.

"Oh, I can see you've been doing the TARDIS up a bit, hmm, I don't like it."

    Ah the hilarity.

  • its a song by the beatles.. Ohh how does it go? lol

  • why the hell is it flipped??????

  • @NZtrainGuy So it doesn't get taken down for copy write.

  • @NZtrainGuy I mean copyright. I'm an idiot.

  • this is the only mulity doctor story that stands up as a good story in its own right, and not just a nostalgia fest

  • This was the first Jon Pertwee episode I ever saw, and it was brilliant.

  • @kingyugi2003 same here, and indeed it was:)
