  • @MrAddictingInfo i think what he means to say is that he weighs 430 lbs, cant lift a coffee cup, and has nothing better to do then hate on videos :)

  • @AndyHarglesis

    lol i am 430 years old,all natural and push 13lbs raw,also perfect form,no dope.

  • @OlracNamlah booooom

  • @AndyHarglesis vid first, bullshit talk second.

  • @AndyHarglesis ahhh... im 16 and can only bench 200. your tellin me that you can bench twice what i do and your three years younger. just think about how ridicolous you sound right now.

  • @DonaldWMose I never lie though. :P

It's real and I've done it and many witnesses. :X

  • @AndyHarglesis if you have a vid i would believe you. but 430 is what pro body builders do in their workouts prob. i can only bench 200 five times.

  • @AndyHarglesis your a faggot

  • @AndyHarglesis impossible, because it requires about a year for you to get a weight that high, and you are still probably in puberty. no fucking way that you can press 430 lbs.

  • is resting it on the bar for a second good? everyone tells me always keep tension on the muscles when working out

  • @Spec0pleader Well, you can tell he's not COMPLETELY relaxing the muscles, so you are completely right in your thoughts. You will want to stay tensed enough to stay in form and prepare to lift. By not having to keep the weight up, you are going to be able to use more energy for the push up, which will help increase your bottom lift strength.

  • whats the name of the song?

  • @QuickTim3 "Rock star", it's an instrumental made my Zone Beats productions.

  • yeah i def need that, the whole bouncing off of chest thing is a huge flaw

  • @mdornbusch Yes, you definitely need to be careful with that. One BIG mistake people usually make when bench pressing is "bouncing off the chest". This can lead to injury and it's cheating. When bouncing off the chest, you're actually using the momentum from the bounce to help push the weight up rather than using your muscles to push up if you only touch your chest. So yes, try this out and let us know how everything goes!

  • I need to do this! I do floor presses but this would be even better!

  • @cheyennelax Great! Let me know how it goes for you... This really focuses on that lower strength that most people don't have when trying to go up in weight each week. Keep pushing!!
