Hi, bought the same wheel yesterday. Im playing f1 2010 on my pc and i feel like the wheel is a bit heavy. On the wheel settings i have ff at 100 and dri at 2 it feels better, but when have dri at 5 the wheel turns of itself, is this normal?

The Porsche 911 is available in canada for 200 dollars but is not available in europe. Come on the manufacturer is german and they are unable to deliver in europe. Really thinking about getting a thrustmaster or Logitech G25 for about 190 euro anyway, knowing I would prefer the fanatec..

I just have the MS Wireless Wheel and it looks a lot better...it might not actually BE better but those pedals look hugely ugly imo... Plus the MS Wheel has paddle shifters which are 10x better than a shifter. The only thing Fanatec wheels have that are better would be that they can spin...900 degrees ??

- Quertr - The brake will work with any wheel as far as I know.. It will be a plug in specific for it regardless of the wheel you use.. It plugs into a USB port

Gas pedal is very soft, you get used to it. The brake is very nice though at this price point.

They are actually very similar in build quality. I would take either set. The only thing that is metal on the thrustmaster set, is the pedals. Almost everything else is plastic

I've been out of the loop.. used to have a Logitech Red Momo back in the day, like many others, the noise was not too bad actually, I think it would be OK for late night driving.

The red "Logitech MOMO Force" from 2001 was wire rope (steel cable) driven. I hope these new gear + belt driven wheels like F430 and GT3 are quiet enough.

There's apparently lots of guys out there with DFPs so it might be worth including if you ever do a noise comparison with many wheels.

I'll put in on one of the next shows.. Basically what I did was take an L bracket and used wood screws to attach it.. I screwed right into the area where the rods go in..The L Bracket has holes in it that allow me to mount it to anything really.

I check out Fantec's Gameshop to look at the GT3 RS wheel - OH MY GOD! That thing is gorgeous, I WILL be getting one of those! Only trouble is, given how shit the GBP (£) is atm, 430 Euros for the wheel, shifters and those awesome Clubsport pedals is alot of money... Oh well, i'll save!

The episode is awesome tecnically speaking, but if there is one thing that can be improved, that is your body language.

Watch how some professional presenter move himself on tv. You notice a bigdifference between your movements and his movements.

If you want to improve that aspect (that does influence a lot your personal life too) you should read some books about body language. Personally i have found the ones written by Allan and Barbara Pease very usefull. Search on google about them =)

SST doesn't compare to the G25 or Fanatec shifters. SST is a high end shifter and is awesome !. The other two are add ons to the package. They both have pros and cons (G25 and Fanatec) and do the job decently.

The GT3 RS comes in a VERY nice bundle with the Clubsport pedals for €290!

Hey Likestig, Ive been racing sim for around 4-5 years, My first wheel was a Logitech Driving Force EX, Was quite cheapy feel, Then upgraded to a Logitech DF Pro, £69.99, I use this for PC and PS3 and its 3-4 year old now and still going strong, If you can afford it go with the G25 for sure, Otherwise the DFP does its job very well, £69.99 and I bet you I can drive just as good as these people with £300 pedals, and its nice to use too, if you want clutch then deffo G25. I wish I had one !

I know you've reviewed the G25 with the Nixim mod previously. How does the brake pedal on the Clubsports compare, in terms of braking pressure and range of travel?

If you ask me, I think the ClubSport pedals are superior to any pedal bundled with any wheel in that "normal" price range. They look robust and massive plus with the magnetic sensors it'll hardly go ever wrong.

Even better offer will be the GT3RS wheel which comes with the ClubSport pedals as standard altough it lacks the 6speed H-shift.
