The new start button on every monitor feature is awesome - I like it because when I spin my monitor around to use my DJing software, I don't have to spin it back if I want to start a new program, it's all right there no matter what monitor I want to use.
I really like that I can do all the things i wanted to spread across different displays, especially being able to spread out my task bar to the other display.
