I know what your going through with the hypoglycemia. I was diagnosed with it a week before my 14th birthday (that was a great birthday present!). I have had problems with it ever since. It has been acting up with me this past week. Dropping and not staying up. When you say ticks what exactly do you mean? I have muscle twitches multiple times a day. Just wondering if it was the same thing. If you ever want to talk about it or if you have found anything that works for you please let me know.
