While there was an action on jan 17 that same DOJ dropped it when, in the words of Asst Attny Gen Thomas Perez, "After reviewing the matter, the Civil Rights Division determined that the facts did not constitute a prosecutable violation of the criminal statutes. "

Not to mention that in a case of Samir Shabazz in Miss. actually intimidating voters, the Obama DOJ did file charges.
