@12packers85 I say it feels like portal, because the game treats you like nothing but a test subject... Not a person with a soul, but just a rag doll and experiment on and you Try and find your way out. It also feels like metal gear solid because of stealth.

its not closed to Splosion Man. Splosion Man is a old school 2D platformer and wrap is isometric puzzle game.

although you still have a chance to blowup the scientist.

@y3ivan The art style and setting are almost identical to Splosion Man. That's what I was talking about, it's why I said "art style and setting" before. The only real differences that I noticed were that it looked a lot darker overall and the blood/gore looked at least somewhat realistic, as opposed to Splosion Man's flying steaks and burgers.

The gameplay is quite different though. It's closer to Metal Gear Solid than anything else, only oriented more towards puzzles.

@MrVince329 If anything it has the feel of Splosion Man. It's about an alien trying to escape an underwater research lab by blowing up evil scientists and solving puzzles.

The only similarity it shares with Portal is the teleporting. And that isn't even similar lol. Being able to teleport six feet isn't really the same as being able to open a portal to anywhere you can see. From a visual perspective the difference is quite large. From a gameplay perspective the difference is colossal.

@MrVince329 I just played this today and it is indeed quite Splosion Man..y, in terms of the art style and setting at least. Oddly enough though the game it reminded me most of was Metal Gear Solid lol. It's like a mix between those two games, which is kinda weird but it worked.

Either way this is a brilliant game, 800 MSP for this is a steal.

Nintendo strategy; Produce very cheap console, add gimmick to sell hardware and forget about the games. That's why the 3DS failed.

The motion controls were only done right to those who had some common sense (skyward sword). It wasn't a gimmick. It was just something new that no one knew how to implement correctly at the time so they all took risks (seriously, don't they have game testers or something?)
