I would be willing to admit that it is most likely that he took roids. But either way he is still one of the best base ball players in history. He is of a hand full that is 500/500 (500 home runs and 500 stolen bases) this alone more than qualifies him for the hall of fame. Barry bonds was a great baseball player, and if he would have just not taken steroids, and continued hitting 30 35 home runs every year, batting over 300, maybe get a few more gold gloves, he would not have the home run record (single season, and career) BUT he could have retired with the respect of all baseball fans, instead of retiring with almost all baseball fans completely disgusted with him. You cant argue that he cheated , he did, and because of that his record is tainted.
