Some people just don't accept that there's difference between human beings. a lion on the middle of the street wolud scare everybody even if the lion is not danger.... but people aren't get used to see lions on the street, so the get scared and the hate and attack the poor animal.. by the other hand a man who lives un africa would not be scared because he's get used to see that.. the question is that gay peolple is not too common so as any minority is hated misunderstood and rejected.

What I don't understand is why do people hate gays? Is it because their not "normal?" Because somehow people just assume that gays just are not "normal." It really pisses me off. Sure the Bible says being gay is wrong. But it's just confusing because the Bible also says that God loves everyone, gay or straight. The Bible also teaches us to be tolerant of one another. That means if you hate on a gay, you're supposedly sinning? My real question is: What is it about gays that straight people hate?

@FightingZerk not all the people hate gays, not even sr8 peolpe.. someone can say "well ..but most of them" but I don't know the "most of them" so I can only say that is truly sad that there's alot of gay-haters everywhere, check out mi comment about the video. just gay people have to tell them "we're as Good As You"

@FightingZerk I can tell you from what I've heard people say. My mom is a lesbian and our extended family was Catholic, so it was a religious thing. My boyfriend is latino, and most latinos of his generation are taught that gays are perverts who go after children, or that they're weak. If you ask a therapist, most will tell you because the stereotypes of the "masculine" and "feminine" can be interchanged, or people believe they are (gay men are fairies, lesbians are butches, etc).

This movie brought tears to my eyes. And this is exactly what I am going through now. I told my mom I am gay, and I asked for her acceptance and love, and I trusted her so much and thought she would understand, instead now I am scared and is in fear.She made me take off my earing, forbid me to wear colorful clothes,and told me to shut up and do exactly as she told and I will be straight. she wouldn't listen to me even if i cry to her, she keeps saying I can change if I want to.It is not a choice

When I tell you that with the exception of my dads' house as a safe

haven, Bobby and I were quite on our own! My dad really liked

Bobby, but I was fortunate that my dad cared for anyone who was

important to his son.

This is the saddest movie ever, but one of the best ever - the acting was so good it was chilling. Bobby and his mom deserve Emmys.
