  • that must be the Chuck Norris of wasp.

  • @ch1do121 dude are you Blinded that a wasp not hornet and wasp only lay their eggs on cockroach or other insect not spider -_-

  • they are STRONG

  • Amen loop, we meet again.

  • No doubt in my mind that wasp should've measured that opening first! I guess wasps are like ants-they can carry stuff bigger than they are!

  • It's a tarantula hawk..

  • Kind of funny how two of the world's most hated creatures are natural enemies.

  • If a man could drag a clydesdale up a wall, that's what this would look like.

  • The best part is how you made your own sound track for this.

  • lol

  • hey i wasn'n expect that so weird that tarantula hawk is a bastard...

  • Nice. I saw what must've been one of these spider wasps today pick up a spider and fly with it, then it landed on the wall and beat the spider up a bit, then flew away with it. I wish I'd had a video camera at the time. It's hard to find a video of spider wasps flying with prey; it's much easier to find them dragging prey that is bigger than they are.

  • DAMN NATURE, YOU SCARY!!

  • Damn nature, you scary.

  • Well heck, I thought spiders were supposed to EAT insects, not get eaten themselves...

  • That very brave "wasp/thingy" should have remembered to bring along a measuring tape.

  • Oh my god! 10 of those wasps could actually abduct you! :P

  • Female: How are you doing honey? Looks like you're having a bit of trouble - Male: Oh no I'm good, just need to get it on the right angle. Female: I told you to measure the spider before you dragged it up here - Male: I GOT THIS OKAY! I'M A LITTLE BUSY HERE TRYING TO PROVIDE FOR THIS FAMILY - Female: Want some Lemonade? - Male: I am a bit parched - Female: Well too bad we can't fit the lemons through the door you built otherwise you could have some. Should have called a professional. - Male: 0_o

  • @oilers1go1 LOL, that's funny but true, we refuse to messure anything or ask for directions.

  • @dragonarmy86

'MEN! We dont no what we did!'

  • @dragonarmy86 To tell you the truth, this is a tarantula hawk. These are hornets that hunts for tarantula's to lay their eggs in. All tarantula hawks that hunts for tarantula's are female. So that comment above is the complete opposite. Rather than having the male pull in the tarantula, its the female.

  • he's like "nigga get in ma BELLY!"

  • the spider is not dead...thats your standard parasitic wasp. she has paralyzed the spider and now shes dragging him into a safe place so the egg shes laid on him can mature and eat its way out of the spider. that spider will die slowly as its eaten alive by wasp larva

  • @blufiji and thats why i hate tarantula hawks or whatever they are

  • the spider wait wtf its need to be me who eats no wasp no no no no no no no im going to eat and thats it

  • You must be in Louisiana. That's a Mahogony Wasp. I had no idea they could do that. I'm itching now, and will itch for the rest of the day. :)

  • @SockBoy65 I'm in Texas. Watching the video makes me itch too!

  • the wasp is like lookey what i got im guna get some serious acton from the queen tonight hits the crack FUCK

  • tarantula hawk?

  • Eww, this is disgusting. Something about a dead tarantula being carried around by anything is just ... I don't even know the word ... just YIKES!!!

  • That's a tarantula hawk. It's stung and paralyzed the spider, then will inject its eggs into it, where the larva will then eat it from the inside. Nightmare fuel, anyone?

  • Holy shitcakes. I would NOT want to live in that area. lol.

  • haha hes getting his in ! i aint mad at him

  • that is one stong wasp!

  • that tarantula almost looks fake

i believe that its a real one though

  • Put some firecrackers in that dam hole

  • i dont think wasps eat....

  • Gotta hand it to anything that can drag something backwards up a brick wall that's 4-5 times their size, damn...

  • that was has some serious strength

  • Fuck thats funny

  • some wasps use tarantuals as a wasp breeding nest.itll lay its eggs in the tarantual and the larvae will eat the tarantual alive.thought it only happened with desert insects though??????

  • i've seen this on several documentaries. it wasnt trying to eat the tarantula. it was dragging it to its nest so that it could lay eggs on it. Eggs that would develop into larva that would eat the spider...slowly, painfully. yea.

  • Tarantula Hawk. I hope never to see one.

  • Looks like a female spider wasp and a female wolf spider. These wasps catch spiders, take them back to a site to hide them and lay eggs on so their wasp larvae can feed on the paralized spiders. I love wasps and spiders, but I hate to see one killing the other. Can't say the same for mosquitos and people. They are just rude.

  • ironically it is called a tarantula hawk

  • hahaha geez if i see something like that happening to my tarantula i would soo freak out lol! oh well this is funny tho how little the wasp is compared to the tarantula!

  • That's definitely not a Carpenter Wasp....because if it was, he would have known that a Tarantula of that size couldn't possibly fit into that hole.

  • Comment removed

  • its a spider angel!

  • then they both fall and the wasp ends up in the dead tarantula's stomach xD

  • how did the wasp make the spider stick to the wall at 0:51?

  • Comment removed

  • the spider dont fit the waspsp door..wut a bummer..should have measured him first..dumb wasp

  • This is cool! I just had one of these wasps dragging a huge spider up the wall of my house. The same kind of wasp and the same kind of spider!! I had to google to find out what it was when I came across your video. Soooo cool. Soooo weird.

  • lol

  • Freedy @ss wasp O_O

  • this is actually a mud dauber wasp and she's paralyzed the spider with her sting. she is trying to carry him to her solitary nest where she will leave him for her larva to feed off of until it is old enough to go out and start the cycle again. after this she will probably do 3-4 more spiders in, similarly to this and then go off to die.

  • BTW this insect IS called a tarantula hawk. they eat.... Tarantulas!

  • It's amazing how strong insects are. This is like a human dragging a car to their local dealership for repairs. Just think no towing fees!

  • are you in Chernobil :PPP

  • :-), no I don't live in Cernobil, but I can see how you might think some kind of Nuclear/Plutonium experiment must have created these 'monsters'.

  • @dragonarmy86 Nuclear physicists LOVE your nuclear/plutonium experiment :D :D :D

  • what a smart wasp

  • I want to see a small tarantula wasp sucking out the tarantula´s head. anyone found a video?

  • I wonder what the ants in your area can do... Birds are numero uno on the menu...

  • We tons of giant-monster ants in the yard. Texas has too many bugs

  • wow!

  • looks like the wasp won... (hehe)

  • "Come into my parlour" said the wasp to the spider.

  • that motherfucker

  • that wasp has got some way-bo's

  • Damn that wasp thing could feed it's whole family for a while with that giant corpse. How in the hell does that thing possess that much strength to carry that up a wall?

  • Yeah this is some sort of spider wasp.

They paralyze the spiders, drag them to their nest and lay eggs in them. The larvae eat the living spider then burst out of it's skin.

    Isn't nature delightful?

  • @Noisegator ewww whta if that happened to a human!!

  • @Noisegator i love nature the only bugs or insects i hate is centipededs (the killer ones) and taranula hawks because what they do to spiders why couldnt they do it to potato bugs not spiders

  • owned.

  • that tarantulas a fake toy, it never moved its legs through the whole vid!!

  • i screamed when it fell.......

  • i think its a ear wig not a wasp, maybe, i dont know for sure

  • LOL OMG at 1:13!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Sounds a little like the Drums from blink 182's i miss you :) Great job

  • I just downloaded that song and it does sound similar. Maybe if Blink 82 needs a new drummer I'll send them a link to this video to show them my skillz. lol :-) haha

  • @fluffymaw Crack?

  • @fluffymaw

    Ammmm... not ?

  • Amazing video!... It's so interesting to see a wasp that size can be so strong!....

  • I hate wasps, if one ever tried to eat my Tarantula I would shoot its ass!

  • @1992pattrow

    Amen to that!

  • With a pea shooter right? hahaha. +1 for this comment haha

  • @rob1210

    thanks!

  • Not a problem :D

  • Burn the house down. That's the only sure way to get rid of them

  • lol.. actually I almost did once.. but that's another spider story for another day. really

  • The fact the wasp hung the spider by it's leg in a gap on the wall shows the wasp is intelegent, that and the fact it holds it by its fang and not leg, less likely to fall off.

I thought they stun it and drag it back to a nest to feed it's young, and yes it's stunned not dead.

  • Was the spider already dead? I sure hope so

  • GO!GO!GO!GO!

  • I would say that wasp got his mouth too full.

  • go steewi, go!

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • the spider is parlylized not dead

  • @thesizzaman that spider can eat that spider already dead wasp collecting food

  • LOL

  • No! Go spider, go!

  • GO WASP, GO!!!!

  • Now thats a strong bug...

  • it was probably a tarantula hawk, they naturally hunt tarantulas and bring them to there nest, to lay there eggs in them :D how pleasant

  • excellent!

  • its paralized, look at related vids, it needs it alive for its eggs to hatch and fiest on fresh meal

  • lol 0:44 IT WONT FIT!!!!!

  • I thinks he's about to preform necrophilia

  • I'm glad I'm not an insect...

  • Wow, if thoughs wasp's grew as big as tarantulas, they'd be dragging human bodies up walls ('',) LOL

  • wow strong wasp! GO WASP!

  • lol it looks like a fake tarantula xD

  • its dead

  • hahaha wo thats just funny

  • gues the wasp will have to eat out

  • amazing

  • another type of tarantula killing wasp is a pepsi wasp

  • It's a tarantula wasp -.-. These guys are built for paralyzing tarantula spiders, so it shouldn't be surprising.

  • not a vid of a wasp paralyzing a spider. the spider is being hauled like a sack of flour.

  • After being paralyzed. You know what I meant. This species of wasp literally does all of these, always:

    -finds tarantula

    -paralyzes tarantula

    -lays eggs in live tarantula

That's why it's called the 'tarantula hawk' or 'tarantula wasp'.

  • It also hurts real bad if they sting a human.

  • christ its hercule wasp

  • I would have grabbed the Tarantula off the Wasp and kept it, then let it go!

  • i feel sorry for the guy who lives in that house

  • Lol. Infested with a considerably large spider and a superman wasp.

  • thank god they dont bite an sting people

  • i saw that bug in my ard. it scared the shit outa me . it was like 5 inches long... but i killed it

  • go wasp let nothing stand in ur way not even a bigass spider like 70x as big as u are

  • he's determined to get that in there eh! Wouldn't want to get in an argument with one of those things....

  • its called a tarantula hawk it will numb the spider eat a whole through the top lay its eggs in it and leave it alive so that its young have live prey to feast on from birth

  • That wasp would suck at Tetris.

  • lmao....

  • i know your not meant to mess with nature but i reckon i'd have poked the tarantula in the hole with a stick for him

  • well if your gonna mess with nature I'd take the spider and let it regain all movement since the wasp paralyzes the spider then lays eggs in it which then hatch and larvae eat it alive.

  • where the hell do you live the biggest spider around here is a banna spider

  • Texas - we have the biggest, ugliest spiders, snakes and bugs.. :-)

  • And women too? xD (sry couldn't help it)

  • fuck!!!!!......... strength on that!

  • Wasp: ****! Doesn't fit. Fat*** spider!

  • @ 0:43 the wasp was like **** it wont fit haha

  • doesnt surprise me that much, if we had ants's strength, we'd lift cars with our hands.

  • well you know wasps and ants are from the same family tree wasps just evovled differnt

  • ahhahah! that was hilarious.

  • haha at 1:26 the wasps was like oh shit ur falling. lol

  • That's a wolf spider.

  • beast!

  • at the end did the wasp fly at you and sting you? :D

  • LOL, no, but I wish I would have sprayed him with wasp spray and killed him, but I was too happy to see one less spider alive

  • That's a tarantula hawk wasp. If you get stung by one of thosse you might as well lie down and scream like a baby. Its supposed to be one of the most painful stings

  • yes but they showed an television once the wasp stings you.. a few minutes laster its as if it never happened at all, the pain goes away completly

  • it has posion in it and I guess the spider was small enough that it effected him alot.

  • its the second most painful sting ever, I still wouldnt want to be stung by one even if its only a few seconds

  • Exactly, any kind of sever pain can haunt you, even if only for a few seconds.

  • I question that the study considered all variables. Such as the sting site (face is worse than forearm) and whether insect's venom sac was full or depleted. It also did not consider the common puss caterpillar, known to be severe and to hurt for days on end. The Australian bulldog ant was also not considered---an ant which has killed humans. I wouldn't depend on a T Hawk sting to stop hurting after a few minutes. They ALSO did not evaluate the "sparrow bee" of Japan, a giant hornet.

  • Lol he's like, "Nope, not fitting" XD

  • noo niezle

  • the tarantula is paralized by the wasp's sting. and the wasp is trying to put it in somekind of a hole and lay eggs in it.

then what happens is the eggs hatch and eats the tarantula.

  • nice drum work

  • thanks, it's not great, but I think it's good spider music. lol

  • thats one strong fk

  • should of burned them both after lol

  • We watched a wasp dig a hole in the dirt. It layed it's eggs in the hole then went away and brought back a big spider it had paralyzed. It dragged the llarge spider into the hole to be eaten by the wasp larvae and covered it up so that not a trace of the hole was to be seen. Great lesson learned. Don't get drugged, you will not like what happens later. DaFlikkers

  • Wasps are a natural predator to the tarantula!!!!!

  • thats a tarantula hawk. They are designed to paralyze tarantulas and win every time.

  • LOL! Sometimes the wasp is as bad as the spider...

  • Hey people. This is a a tarantula. It is an exoskeleton of a tarantula.

For you who don't know, tarantulas shed their whole exoskeleton (their skin) when they grow, or when the skin gets old.

At least I think it's the exo xD could be wrong. I mean even though wasps are bad ass, tarantulas are even more bad ass, and uick like ****

  • Lol you do know that the Hawk is a hunter and it hunts tarantula's, and when it got one it brings it to its cave where it rapes the spider right in the head and lays eggs in it.

Then the spider gets eaten alive from the inside out.

  • There are some wasps... Hawks? wtf?

  • what hapens when steriods meet wasp? THAT BIG FAT ASS WASP HOW TGHE HELL DID HE KILL A TRANTULSAAAAAAAA
