what i like is the fact that he is just puling these on moving charactors, he is not just going to training mode and doing combos on a standing opponent thsi shows he mastered these combos

well the frame data allowing an FRC on stinger aim is incredibly hard to do consistently. so yea he's pretty damn good. plus i love the burst traps from about :40-:50

...then down/fwd(x2)+heavy slash to use IK moves. (however, May's IK input is different though...but i cant remeber it at the moment...)

It was roman cancel'd, its part of the gg system. Press any 3 attack buttons other than dust while the attack hits and it'll cancel out the move hit or blocked. It cost 50% of your super meter though.
