I recently bought a CD called "Smokie 18 Carat Gold" ..no. 13 was suposed to be "Wild Wild Angels"...but in it's place was this song....it was a very pleasent surprise....I love it!!!
I'm a heavy metal man of all my heart and soul! And I'm still a fanatic Smokie fan, because they are all about the superb song writing. This song is fantastic! And Terry Uttley is one of the main reasons I'm so proud to be a bass player!
I made a BIG mistake. You have right, Alan Barton died in a bus-crash in 1995. The lead singer now is Mike Craft. I'm really sorry for my mistake. Forgiven?
it's a nice song. my stepfather has that cd and my mother and i coulnd't fine that song on it and we were very sure that it was not the first trak... but it was

This is the voice from Alan Barton. The Song was recorded in 1993. It was the last chart-single from Smokie (GER #71).

I dont think Chris Norman sings this one. Great song, and a reminder of the good old years.

You're right, i was misstaken, sorry! It's Alan Barton on this one. Their voices are kind of similar though, and R.I.P Alan.

Yes it is Alan Barton who sings, but Chris Normann i "alive and kicking", so when the time comes he can R.I.P. Thanks anyway for your consern.
