i just cant open them. doesnt matter howmuch i try i just cant open them, and how do i feel once i opend them? cause i really want to open my chakra's but it looks like i rlly dont know how it feels once they are open, maybe then i know when they are open. but still great vid. once i know how it feels to open them, i will keep watching your vid. till i opened all my chakra's

@Ven13371 Do not focus so hard on opening your chakras. What you want to focus on first is silencing your mind and feeling the power of your breath. The breath is the intermediary between the physical world and the energetic world. So you will find after focusing, with a silent mind, how to just breath... a slight vibration will begin at the bottom of the spine. use your breath to feel this energy vibrate out when you breath out, in when you breath in..then up when you breath in and down out
